A Smooth Carl requires the following ingredients
One (1) Hot Dog
Four (4) ounces of Hot Fudge or Chocolate Syrup
Take the hot dog, and heat it on a microwave safe plate in the microwave or in an oven if one prefers. Once cooked, pour chocolate over hot dog until coated liberally. It is to be eaten lengthwise without cutting. For a variation, one might add corn or peanuts to the chocolate before pouring it on the hot dog. For a Hot Carl, one can add lady fingers around the hot dog.
