Taste
A sidecar is a sharp-tasting aperitif. When made properly none of the indgredients should over power each other.

How to make a Sidecar

Ingredients
- 3/4oz Brandy or Cognac
- 3/4oz Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur
- 3/4oz Lemon juice

Procedure
Shake ingredients together, with ice, in a cocktail shaker and strain into a cocktail glass.

Notes
It is imperative you by no means use artificial lemon in this cocktail, that is unless you like the taste of ass.
