Description

Incerdibly delicious garlicy fish.

Ingredients

1 whole fish (drawn) (I use red snapper)
Olive Oil
Lots of garlic (minced)
Potatos (small dice)
Butter (not so much but a lil bit)

Procedure

Scale the fish, if you didnt buy it scaled already (you can use a trash bag to keep scales from flying everywhere) and place it a hotelpan or deep baking pan, it has to be big enough to fit the whole fish flat.

Pour in enough olive oil to go half way up the fishs side.

Toss some garlic on top, its good if you fill the cavety were the vicera was and on top and around the fish.

Add the potatos around the fish. Then stuff the fish with the butter put plenty on the eye to make it yummy.

Then just pop the baby into a pre-heated oven at about 350f for 20 minutes. pull it out, flip fish and stir potatos, put it back in for another 20. And enjoy.

When flipping the fish it is going to be very tender on the bottom, if you want it to be presentable then do it very carefully.

This same recipe can be done with fish filets also, pan saute the fish with smaller amounts of the above ingreidents.
